Blanket /Sucking Wars

Ok so in this family we have a blanket and finger sucking problem. These pictures are of the culprits. The funny thing is, Gracie never did any of this. The other three however can't get enough.
We have recently broken Hallie of the fingers through an appliance that was for correcting her bite, and the Blanket is being used less and less.
The boys are still in full force. They carry their blankets everywhere. Jack sucks his pointer and middle finger upside down, don't ask me how, we are still trying to figure it out. Maximus is a thumb sucker to the MAX.
If anyone has any ideas, let us know. Until then I figure the kids will win.

Maggie Jean

Maggie Jean will be here on the 29th. We are very excited to see her out in the real world. I am sure we will update FB regularly Monday as we are preparing and having this little one. Stay tuned......

10 year Anniversary

So Carl and I just celebrated our 10 year anniversary. We like to take turns on who plans, and this year it was Carl. He took me to breakfast, at the ever fancy McDonalds. Then to Target where he bought me Julia Childs Cookbook. We went out for a Pregnancy Massage and then to dinner at Kobe. We ended the night at a B and B in Omaha.

The Cookbook will be in use soon and as a result at the Age of 30 I purchased my first alcohol. I got some red wine which the recipe I am making calls for. I had to explain many times over the years that the alcohol burns out when you cook and now since almost every recipe calls for it Carl has finally said ok.

The 2 of Us

Carl and I have been married for 10 years. We have lived from Coast to Coast. We enjoy our family and work hard to see that our kids are thoroughly spoiled. Anyone who knows us knows we like to have fun and be crazy---Carl a little more than me in the crazy department. We are proof that love is out there you just have to know the right URL to find it!

Our Girl Gracie

Gracie Chrystine is Turning 8 this year. She is in the second grade. She is our DIVA. She plays piano and just had her first recital this past Dec. She loves to read. Her favorite books are The Junie B. Jones series, The Magic Treehouse series and Judy Moody books. She is very excited about the new baby on the way.

Our son Benjamin Avery was with us only a few hours then returned to his Father in Heaven.

Hallie Baby Boop Boop

Hallie Irene is Going to be 6 soon. She just stared in her school's choral production,"Race to the Finish". She is our comedian. She loves to be dramatic and her mood can change at the drop of a hat so watch out. She is in Kindergarten this year and is growing and learning so much. We love our Hallie Baby.
